Dustin Laverty B.B.A. – Owner
Dustin Laverty B.B.A. started Eagle Eye Bookkeeping in 2017. Though his business has been building a web presence, the bulk of his clients have come from the word of mouth referrals of his clients.
With humble beginnings of a small home office in his kitchen, he has grown Eagle Eye Bookkeeping Inc. to employ a growing staff. Despite the company’s growth, Dustin ensures that his clients have access to him directly and takes pride in ensuring that the relationships he builds with his clientele are his priority.
Kate Laverty – Operations & Web design
Kate has been an integral part of the growth of Eagle Eye Bookkeeping Inc. In 2019, she rebranded the company from top to bottom, including the illustration of the golden eagle company logo.
As the business continued to grow, she managed the operations, handled staff training, all while fulfilling her bookkeeping duties and managing the companies web presence. She is the “Jill of all trades” within the company and has been incredibly versatile in adapting to the businesses needs. This has made her an invaluable asset to the company.
Manni Takhar – Bookkeeper
Manni has been with the company through the growing pains as it has expanded over the years. His hard work and dedication to the company has helped to create an environment where the company can continue to grow.
Manni’s the kind of guy who comes into work at 5am so he can get his work done early and head home to his family. When he doesn’t have his headphones in so he can get laser-focused on his work, he will likely be making wise-cracks with the boss and staff.
We love that he keeps things lively on days where the work can be a bit tedious.
Jason Carruthers – Bookkeeper
Jason joined the team in 2023 as a bookkeeper-in-training and has fast become a part of the Eagle Eye family.
His extensive experience as a General Manager has given him insights into his bookkeeping services that lend to a better understanding of the businesses he manages.
Hunter Mossing – Bookkeeper
Hunter joined the team early 2024. He is a dedicated worker and a team player.
He is dependable, friendly and familiar with the industry yet still eager to refine his bookkeeping skills.
Special mention to “Missy” our office mascot. If you’ve been to the office you’ve likely met this snuggly pup, or at the very least heard her raise the alarm of your presence as unofficial office security officer.
