Weekly Pickup/ Digital File Upload
Whether you are old school and like to keep your paper trail or whether you like to have everything digital, we’ve got you covered. We offer a weekly Pickup Service in the Kelowna/ West Kelowna Area, and Monthly Pickups in other areas in the Okanagan.
You can also choose to simply snap a photo or scan of all your receipts and invoices as they come to you and upload them into a file we have access to so you don’t have to worry about tracking everything down after the fact.
Either way, we will attach a scanned digital image of each bill/ invoice to the journal entry with which it is associated.
Projections and Evaluations
Once your books are all in order at each month end we will provide you with a report that will give you all the information you need to be well informed about your businesses needs.
Whether its Accounts Payable, Sales Analytics or Projections for your business, we will customize the report to what you need to feel like you have both your hands on the wheel of the business.
All Access Communication
We always make time for our clients when we are needed most. Whether it’s a call over the phone, a text or an email, we are here for you.
We “clear” our emails daily so if you have something that needs attending, or a list of items that need addressed, this is an easy way to put yourself in queue so that we can meet your needs tout suite!
But we know that every once in a while, something comes up that needs addressing right away. Just give us a call and we will get you the information you need and help you work through the problem right away.
