This is why we have incorporated a weekly pickup service into our business. All we ask you is to just drop all your invoices into a folder for us to pick up each week.
We then digitize those documents and attach them to the journal entry they are associated to.
This pickup service also gives us a better ability to send off a quick PDF to you with all the account payable owing so that you are able to pay your bills on time without service fees.
